Dan Lemaitre

Exit Planning Specialist

Dan Lemaitre brings over three decades of healthcare industry leadership and financial expertise to his role as Exit Planning Specialist at Park City Wealth Advisors. In this capacity, he guides business owners through strategic transitions, whether they’re considering a company sale or exploring opportunities to take their business private. His unique perspective comes from extensive experience on both the operational and financial sides of the healthcare industry.

Most recently, Dan served as Chairman and CEO of BlueWind Medical, where he led the company’s development of groundbreaking neuromodulation therapy for overactive bladder treatment. His corporate leadership experience also includes serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of CoreValve, a pioneer in percutaneous aortic valve replacement, which he successfully guided to acquisition by Medtronic in 2009.

As Senior Vice President at Medtronic from 2005 to 2008, Dan spearheaded the company’s strategic planning and corporate development initiatives. His deep understanding of the medical device industry is further evidenced by his ongoing board membership at Globus Medical, where he has served for more than a decade.

Before transitioning to executive leadership, Dan spent 28 years as a distinguished investment analyst specializing in medical devices. This included 18 years as a managing director at SG Cowen, where he led the healthcare research team, and six years with Merrill Lynch. This wealth of experience in both corporate leadership and financial analysis uniquely positions him to provide comprehensive guidance to clients navigating complex business transitions.
