Dear Friends and Clients,

I cannot believe we are already halfway through 2026 — and what a year it has been.

When I founded Park City Wealth Advisors in 2019, I made a promise to myself and to every family that I would have the privilege of working with: this firm will always be more than a portfolio. It would be a partner. A thinking partner. A planning partner. Someone in your corner who sees the whole picture — not just the market, but your life.

As I reflect on the first six months of this year, I’m proud to say we are living that promise every single day.

Building the Team Behind You

This year, we made two exceptional additions to the PCWA family: Meagan and Melissa,  together bringing over 30 years of industry experience to our operations team. They’ve elevated everything behind the scenes so that what you experience on the front end is seamless, responsive, and exactly what you need and deserve.

We now have a full team of analysts and associates committed to one thing: giving your family the quality of service normally reserved for large institutional clients.  You do not have to be a billionaire to get an top-tier experience. That is our goal and  what we continue to build here.

Education Is a Gift We Give Freely

One of my deepest convictions is this: access to great financial insights should not be limited to a privileged few. Education is power, and making it available to our clients, their families, and our broader community is something I am passionate about.

Our June 2026 Economic Update Fireside Chat was one of my favorite events we have ever hosted. We partnered with two extraordinary real estate professionals; Molly Crosswhite and Rachel Taylor Retzer of Christie’s International Real Estate and held our gathering at a stunning Deer Vista property overlooking the Jordan Reservoir. It was a setting that reminded you of the benefits of hard work, thoughtful planning and financial success.

We were also joined by Danielle Ohgi from AQR and Jared Matzke, Head of Financial Education at Orion Investments, and our own Joshua Flade.  This dynamic trio delivered an economic overview that continues to be robust.  The session also helped assuage concerns generated by market and geopolitical headlines.  We reminded attendees that the most prudent investment strategy is “staying the course” despite the temptation to respond emotionally to the daily events that clutter our inboxes (and brains!).

The conversation that night centered on something I have long believed but rarely hear discussed in financial planning circles: for most families, real estate — their primary home, a vacation property, a rental — is one of the largest assets on their balance sheet. And yet, so often, we get tunnel vision on investment portfolios and miss the bigger picture.

At PCWA, we try to avoid  tunnel vision. You have  probably noticed that we maintain a full balance sheet for your family, because we know that every asset influences every other. Real estate, business interests, retirement accounts, insurance, legacy goals —are not separate stories. They are part of a holistic story. And we are here to help write that story with each family.

The Next Generation Is Watching

This summer, we leaned hard into community. We brought on some of the most talented young minds in Utah, a cohort of interns who are experiencing what wealth management truly looks like, and the impact it has on real families.

And I will tell you — they have been blown away. Every week they encounter questions that most people do not even know they should be asking:

“If I sell my business, what happens to my tax bracket in that year — and the five years after?”

“How do I know if I have too much of my net worth tied up in real estate?”

“I just inherited money and I don’t know where to start — what do I actually do first?”

“How should I think about my estate plan now that my balance sheet has changed significantly?”

“Am I actually on track to retire, or am I just hoping I am?”

These are the questions we answer every day. And the fact that young people are seeing the gravity of them, that gives me a lot of hope.  Parenthetically, having these four young minds also convinces me that there are many in this generation that smart, engaged and prepared to leverage all that technology, including AI offers.

A Moment for which is it worthy to pause

This year, our nation celebrates its 250th anniversary and I find myself genuinely moved by that.

I am a female founder running an independent, fiduciary wealth management firm in Park City, Utah. I built this from scratch. I left the wire-house world because I believed families deserved better, and I went out and built something that I believe in.

So many of the families I work with have created, rather than inherited wealth. First-generation wealth builders are a special breed. They are entrepreneurs who bet on themselves. Many of these men and women came into enviable financial position through hard work, or possibly a transition; divorce, loss of a loved one, or a liquidity event.   Irrespective of the start, all of you decided to take control. Which led us to journey we are on with all of you today.

It is truly a privilege to be here, doing this work, with and for you.

What is Ahead for the Rest of 2026

As we move into the second half of the year, here is what you can expect from us:

We will continue expanding our operational foundation so your experience with PCWA keeps getting better. We will continue our educational event series including our ongoing partnership with Mountain America Credit Union, who shares our belief that the whole community deserves access to great financial guidance.

I’m particularly proud of our Gen Z financial literacy series. One of the greatest gifts we can give the next generation is strong financial knowledge, early. And I will be honest with you: one of the most powerful things I can do for our clients personally is to help raise financially independent children. That is our ultimate retirement strategy.

Our team will also be reaching out to schedule mid-year reviews. We are not just checking boxes – we want to sit with you, look at where things stand, and make sure your plan still fits your life. Because life moves fast, and your plan needs to keep up.

Your Invitation: A Financial Planning Session

Beyond the mid-year review, I want to personally invite every one of you to a dedicated financial planning session. This is different from a portfolio review — it is a full-picture conversation.

In these sessions we will look at: What big expenses or goals are on the horizon? Are your assets still optimally positioned in the highest and best use? Does real estate still make sense to hold? Is your investment portfolio aligned with where you are headed, and not simply reflect where you have been?

And the conversation we find most meaningful: legacy. What does the end of your plan look like? What are you leaving behind, and for whom? Does your estate plan match the numbers on your balance sheet today?

These sessions require a little lift on your end — we will send you a budget and data gathering workbook to complete ahead of time, because our plans are only as powerful as the information we put into them. But I promise you, this exercise is worth it.

To get started on this piece, simply reply to morgan@parkcitywealthadvisors.com and we will send you the data gathering link and get scheduled.

You Are Why We Do This

If there is ever anything you need — a question, a concern, a new situation you are navigating, someone in your life who could use guidance — please do not hesitate to reach out. That is what we’re here for.

When I was a little girl, I always knew I wanted a job where I could make a real difference in people’s lives. I just didn’t know it would look like this — sitting across from incredible families, helping them make the most of what they have built, protecting what matters most, and planning for what comes next.

If there is someone whose life we can help, please let us. It is truly a calling. And I am grateful, every single day, to answer it.

With warmth and gratitude,

Morgan Lemaitre, CFP®
