Dear Clients and Friends of Park City Wealth Advisors,
As I sit down to write this, I find myself pausing longer than usual.
Not because I don’t know what to say, but because this year gave us a lot to hold. Growth, responsibility, momentum, gratitude, and a deeper sense of purpose than ever before.
When people ask, “How was your year?” the honest answer is layered. It was full. It was demanding. It was energizing. And it was deeply meaningful.
This past year at Park City Wealth Advisors was one of building and refining. Of questioning what excellence really looks like in wealth management, and then doing the hard, often unglamorous work to move closer to it.
We spent countless hours on research and due diligence, reviewing more than 100 alternative investment opportunities across private credit, real assets, hedge funds, and institutional investment opportunities. Not because complexity is impressive, but because discernment matters. Our goal remains simple: to identify the best risk-adjusted opportunities for our clients and to say no far more often than we say yes.
We enhanced our tax-loss harvesting capabilities, expanded our access to institutional fixed income solutions, and continued to evolve how we think about portfolio construction in an environment that demands both flexibility and discipline. Markets change. Principles do not.
This year also marked a major milestone for our firm as we purchased a new office building to support our growing team. It was both a practical decision and a symbolic one. We are building something designed to last, and that requires investing in people, infrastructure, and culture with the same care we apply to your financial plans.
We were honored to be named one of Utah’s top 10 fastest-growing companies under five years old and to be nominated for the SBA Small Business of the Year award. While recognition is never the goal, it is meaningful when growth is acknowledged alongside integrity.
One of the highlights of the year was our Client Summit. Bringing together more than 100 clients, thought leaders, and experts for a day of conversation, learning, and honest dialogue reminded us why community matters. From expert panels to candid discussions about success, purpose, and the ever-elusive question of “when will you know you’ve made it,” the day reflected what we believe wealth should support: clarity, connection, and choice.
Josh and I also had the opportunity to speak at industry and community events throughout the year, including the ACP conference in November and a keynote at the Salt Lake City Chamber of Commerce Women in Business event. These moments matter to us because they allow us to advocate for a more thoughtful, client-centered future for our industry.
At the heart of everything we do are the families we serve here in Park City and beyond. Entrepreneurs building businesses. Parents planning for their children’s futures. Individuals preparing for retirement. Families protecting estates and educating the next generation. Being trusted with these chapters of your lives is something we never take lightly.
Behind the scenes, we added to our team, refined our internal processes, and continued to invest in education and communication. We are constantly asking how we can deliver clearer insights, better tools, and more meaningful guidance in an increasingly noisy financial world.
As we move into a new year, our commitment remains the same. To keep learning. To keep improving. To challenge industry norms when they don’t serve clients. And to build a firm that earns your trust not just through results, but through consistency, transparency, and care.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. For the conversations, the trust, and the opportunity to grow alongside you.
It was a year to be proud of. And we’re just getting started.
With gratitude,
Founder & CEO
